We’re growing our Low Voltage Division in Middle Tennessee and looking for a Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships and driving new business. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about safety technology, this is the opportunity for you.


What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive, you’ll promote and sell Fire Alarm and Low Voltage Systems to commercial and industrial clients across Middle Tennessee. This role combines technical understanding with relationship-based sales to deliver effective, compliant, and custom-engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts within your assigned territory.

  • Promote and sell testing, inspection, and maintenance services for fire alarm and low voltage systems.

  • Create project estimates, proposals, and bids in alignment with customer needs and code requirements.

  • Engage with Property Managers, Facility Supervisors, and Building Engineers to maintain and expand client relationships.

  • Conduct site visits and meet customers face-to-face to evaluate project needs.

  • Manage project lifecycles—including scheduling, invoicing, and client communication.

  • Submit sales reports, forecasts, and paperwork accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of low voltage sales experience and 5+ years overall in the low voltage or fire alarm industry.

  • Proven success in B2B sales to commercial facilities.

  • Experience with estimating, selling, and managing low voltage or fire alarm systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; CRM experience preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, meet goals, and manage multiple projects.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Middle Tennessee.
