We’re looking for an Administrative / Office Assistant to support our growing Northwest Arkansas office. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping operations run smoothly, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
As an Administrative / Office Assistant, you’ll ensure daily office operations run efficiently and professionally. You’ll assist the Low Voltage Division and other departments as needed, coordinating with staff and customers to support scheduling, documentation, and communication across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally answer phones and greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Interact with customers, vendors, and team members in a professional, solutions-oriented way.
Support the Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, and other staff from scheduling to billing.
Maintain organized records, correspondence, and project documentation.
Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support.
Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and improve internal processes.
Perform all duties with accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in administrative, office, or customer service roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time on-site in Lowell, AR.
