We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our Low Voltage Division in Huntsville. This role is essential to keeping our service and installation operations running smoothly—from scheduling and customer setup to service order processing and technician support.


What You’ll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll act as the operational hub between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure service requests and installations are scheduled, processed, and completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer service calls and initiate appropriate responses to service needs.

  • Provide daily support to technicians in the field.

  • Prepare and manage schedules for monthly inspections, new installations, and service work.

  • Collect required information and set up new customers in the company system.

  • Enter, process, and manage recurring and on-demand service orders.

  • Administer Central Station Monitoring accounts and system maintenance.

  • Assist with inventory receiving and distribution of job and service equipment as needed.

  • Support preparation of monthly commission schedules when requested.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks related to service operations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success.


What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months–1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and management.

  • Solid math skills, including calculating commissions, percentages, and basic algebraic figures.

  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and perform basic physical office and light warehouse tasks.

  • Comfortable working primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.


Compensation & Schedule

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (standard business hours)

  • Pay: Competitive, based on experience
